Shipping

Please Note: The shipping prices online are for UK mainland only. All items that can be sent via Royal Mail post (under 1kg) can be sent to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and remote areas with no extra cost however any heavier items shipped via courier may occur a surcharge. Please contact us for any shipping quotes.

Here at ID-Workz, we use reliable courier services who have provided us with great service over many years. ID-Workz advises all customers to check products as soon as they arrive. If any damage has occurred in transit you must reject the parcel and explain to the courier you are not accepting the item. ID-Workz will then replace the product ASAP. The companies we use vary depending on the size of the item and on your location. In stock items are shipped within 24 working hours after receipt of order. ID-Workz does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer.

Returns

All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact ID-Workz within this time period to be eligible for a return. You may contact us by way of email via our Contact Us page. Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages, otherwise the package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable.

Refunds

A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to ID-Workz. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made in the same payment method as the original payment. Refused shipments sent back to ID-Workz do not constitute a refund or credit. ID-Workz reserves the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
