Returns

All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, Diverter Valves and BOV', bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of invoice. It is the customers responsibility to contact ID-Workz within this time period to be eligible for a return. You may contact us by way of email via our Contact Us page. Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages, otherwise the package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable.
