1. Terms & Conditions
The placement and purchase of an order with ID-Workz constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed below. ID-Workz reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.

2. Shipping
ID-Workz advises all customers to check products as soon as they arrive. If any damage has occurred in transit you must reject the parcel and explain to the courier you are not accepting the item. ID-Workz will then replace the product ASAP. In stock items usually ship within 24 hours after receipt of order. ID-Workz does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder.

Free shipping on orders over £100 is available to UK mainland only. Free shipping on orders over £500 is free within Europe excluding remote areas and islands. In any case where the website has undercharged shipping, ID-Workz will hold the order until shipping fees are covered by the customer.

3. Warning
All parts sold by ID-Workz (except for approved road legal parts) are racing parts for off road use only. Installation of some parts may void the warranty coverage on your vehicle. ID-Workz shall not be liable for any damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labour. ID-Workz shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. If it appears that a customer has received an incorrect part, ID-Workz must be notified and given a chance to supply the correct part. If a customer fits an incorrect part in such case, ID-Workz will not be held responsible. ID-Workz will not cover any loss in profit or labour due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. ID-Workz shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.

4. Special Orders
ID-Workz will determine special order items. Most suspensions kits and big brake conversions are special order. Special ordered items cannot be cancelled or returned. Any special order item is non-refundable. ID-Workz advises customers to check if a product in a special order item before placing the order.

5. Cancellations
Any order which is cancelled with ID-Workz once the order is in processing will be subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) re stocking fee. Any special order item cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns
All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days after date of invoice. Any returns must be clearly marked as return packages and ID-Workz must be notified prior to returning otherwise the package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts may be rejected. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, damaged or modified. Wheels and tyres which have been mounted are not returnable.

7. Refunds
ID-Workz reserves the right to charge the customer shipping and handling costs for a returned item. A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to ID-Workz. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made to original payment method or by company credit note. Refused shipments sent back to ID-Workz do not constitute a refund or credit.

8. International Orders
All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted therefore it is the buyer’s responsibility to order the correct part. ID-Workz does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicle as all parts sold by ID-Workz are made for the Japanese and UK domestic market unless stated otherwise.

9. Warranty
All products sold by ID-Workz are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honoured if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes any defect. If a product is deemed faulty, the purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. ID-Workz will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installation from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non-licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void. Please note some Japanese products carry no warranty. Any work carried out by third parties will be at the responsibility of the customer.

10. Privacy Policy
We use your personal information to fulfil your requests and serve you better. We do not share your personal details with outside third parties without your consent. We adopt careful procedures to protect your personal information. We reserve the right to use or disclose your personal information in certain circumstances such as to satisfy a legal request or protect our property.
