Toyota Starlet GT Turbo & Glanza Performance Parts

It all started back in 2005 when I was breaking Starlet EP82s and EP91s for spare parts at the age of 15. Alongside this, I had my own project which was a 98 Starlet SR that I converted in to a Glanza replica using all the body panels and wheels. I even went on to giving it a full respray in Yellow (which didn't turn out too bad considering I painted it in the home garage). Fast forward to 2009 and I realise there was a gap in the market for these cars; affordable bodykits. Everyone loved what was available on the Japanese market such as the Varis bodykit for the Glanza and the Tom's bodykit for the EP82, but most couldn't afford or justify the cost of shipping. This is when I decided to replicate some of the popular kits and it went very well. It allowed our customers to have a brand new decent quality bumper for £179, instead of paying around £1300 for a genuine one shipped out from Japan. This kept me busy for a couple of years. It was a 'side hustle' as I was a full time student at the University of Huddersfield. As time went on though, I couldn't help but realise that ID-Workz now has the potential to supply a lot more parts than just bodykits. At the time there wasn't a company offering the full range of performance and replacement parts that had a 5* reputation. This is when I took the opportunity and decided it was time to get some new suppliers on board and offer a wide range of parts to our new and existing customers.
