If you're a fan of the AE86 or Initial D you're in for a treat! It was very rare to spot an AE86 in the 2 weeks we spent in Japan, but that's probably because they're all here at Carland86 - a specialist shop repairing, rebuilding and selling AE86's.
This one is a replica of the Tofu delivery car from the Initial D movie. Fun fact - the car in the movie had a sunroof model headlining even though it didn't have a sunroof. The team at Carland 86 have copied every detail of the car meticulously, and that includes fitting the wrong headlining!
It's difficult to tell these cars apart as they're restored to factory, the wheels are the only things that separate them! Speaking of wheels. there's no shortage of legendary rims fitted to these cars. That includes SSR's, Watanabe's, OG Buddyclub P1's, Rays TE37's and plenty more.
