After a long development process, AIRTEC are proud to launch their front mount intercooler upgrade kit designed for Nissan Juke 1.6 turbo models (Currently only fits with Nismo front bumper).
With the vehicle’s original side-mount set up limited by its size and placement that restricts air flow, AIRTEC Motorsport’s solution to improving the set up is to utilise the available space behind the front bumper and develop a much larger front mount intercooler package. As a result, this direct replacement intercooler measures nearly twice as high and over 50% wider overall, whilst capacity is increased by a huge 5.3 litres over standard; over double the capacity of the original. Frontal area is also increased from 50cm² to a huge 155cm², which is over triple the area, to help cool the extra capacity.
Despite the huge increase in size that will ensure charge temperatures remain lower for longer, the intercooler fits neatly behind the bumper and requires no modifications to fit.
Finished in a high-quality powder-coated black, the comprehensive fitting kit includes two aluminium boost pipes, two silicone connectors as well as all fixtures and fittings, together with a detailed, step-by-step fitting guide.

Please note: This kit was developed using a Nismo model and as a result, we cannot guarantee the same direct fit to non-Nismo models fitted with the same engine but different bumper arrangement.
