The AIRTEC Stage 1 50mm Core Single Pass Intercooler Upgrade for Fiesta RS Turbo features a single pass that is highly effective in dropping ACT temps and reducing boost pressure loss when compared to a standard twin pass design.
During development Airtec tested this side by side with a stock intercooler on a rolling road which showed an increase of 4.5 bhp and 11 Ibs/ft while showing a 3.53 degreesC drop in ACT temperature.
