The AIRTEC Stage 1 Intercooler Upgrade for Fiesta Mk7 1.0 EcoBoost features a 50mm core with a single pass design that runs to the top to the bottom of the unit, allowing charged air generated from the turbo to be dissipated more quickly compared with a twin pass intercooler.
What's more the grill can be opened up using a drill or dremel to improve airflow even more.
