The Airtec Intercooler upgrade kit replaces the very restrictive twin intercooler setup and lengthy pipe-work. The Airtec kit keeps fast turbo spool up by using 50mm pipe-work into the turbo and 60mm out of the turbo to help match the throttle body. This combination gives fast turbo spool up and maximum power output

Dyno Test Results
Results taken from Fiat 500 Abarth fitted with cat-back exhaust and AIRTEC FMIC
Run 1. 120 degreesC into the intercooler and 22 degreesC out of the intercooler
Run 2. 122 degreesC into the intercooler and 22 degreesC out of the intercooler
Run 3. 123 degreesC into the intercooler and 22 degreesC out of the intercooler

Conclusion, the AIRTEC intercooler dropped the intake temperatures by 100 degreesC on each run and did not suffer from heat soak.
