The Japspeed Stainless Steel Decat Downpipe is designed to improve exhaust flow and engine performance on Honda Civic FK2 2.0 Turbo Type R models from 2015 to 2017.
Replacing the restrictive factory downpipe and catalytic converter with a larger bore, free-flowing stainless steel downpipe allows exhaust gases to exit the turbocharger more efficiently, helping reduce back pressure and improve engine response.
Manufactured from high-quality T304 stainless steel, this one-piece decat downpipe features a 4-inch to 3-inch bore design, providing improved exhaust gas flow compared with the standard factory system.
Removing the restriction of the original catalytic converter helps the turbocharged K20C1 engine breathe more freely, supporting improved throttle response, turbocharger efficiency and increased power output.
Featuring TIG-welded construction and CNC-machined flanges, the downpipe offers strength, durability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for performance-focused and track applications.
