This stainless steel decat pipe is designed to improve exhaust gas flow, throttle response and engine performance on the Mazda MX-5 NA MK1 1.6L and 1.8L models (1989–1998).
Manufactured from T304 stainless steel, the decat pipe replaces the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a single-piece, freer-flowing design featuring a 2" bore.
Removing the standard catalytic converter allows exhaust gases to flow more freely, helping increase horsepower and improve throttle response.
Designed as a direct replacement for the original component, the pipe features TIG-welded construction and CNC-machined flanges. Gaskets and bolts are included for installation.
