The Japspeed Stainless Steel Decat Downpipe is designed to improve exhaust flow and engine performance on Subaru Impreza GRB SharkEye WRX STI models from 2008 to 2014.
Replacing the restrictive factory downpipe and catalytic converter with a larger bore, free-flowing stainless steel downpipe allows exhaust gases to exit the turbocharger more efficiently, helping reduce back pressure and improve engine response.
Manufactured from high-quality T304 stainless steel, this one-piece decat downpipe features a 3-inch bore throughout, designed to improve exhaust gas flow and support increased engine power output.
The downpipe incorporates an oxygen sensor boss to accommodate the original lambda sensor and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems, making it suitable for vehicles with standard or upgraded exhaust setups.
Featuring TIG-welded construction and CNC-machined flanges, the downpipe offers strength, durability and corrosion resistance for demanding performance applications.
The system is supplied with gaskets for installation.

Please Note
This decat downpipe removes the factory catalytic converter and is intended for off-road and motorsport use only.
Vehicles requiring a catalytic converter will not pass an MOT emissions test with this downpipe fitted. It is not suitable for use on public roads.
An ECU remap may be required following installation to accommodate the removal of the catalytic converter and optimise engine performance.
